Guacomole | Vegetarian/Vegan Recipe


Serves 2



Ripe Avocado 1 large
Red onion 25g
Mild green chilli 1
Tomato 1
Garlic crushed ½ clove
Ground cumin 2.5ml
Lime juice 15ml
Chopped fresh coriander                       A few sprigs
Salt and pepper To taste



  1. Mash up the avocado with a fork
  2. Finely dice the onion, chilli and tomato and mix in
  3. Stir in the garlic, ground cumin, lime juice and fresh coriander
  4. Season with salt and pepper
  5. Ideally let the flavours infuse for an hour before serving and serve at room temperature
