Tzatziki | Vegetarian/Vegan Recipe


Serves 2



Cucumber 1/2
Greek natural yoghurt 150g
Garlic crushed 1 clove
Dill dried A pinch
Fresh mint A few
Salt and white pepper To taste



  1. Wash the cucumber and grate
  2. Mix with the yoghurt, garlic, dill and fresh mint
  3. Season with the salt and pepper

Great with any of our Filo Pastries.
